By creating an account and using the Pokémon TCG Organizer app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose

The App is a personal tool for organizing Pokémon Trading Card Game collections, letting you build virtual binders, scan cards, track quantities, and share binders through read-only links.

2. Account and access

Access is provided through third-party authentication providers (Google and Apple), managed by Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping the account used for authentication secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

3. User content

The data you enter — binders, quantities, notes, cover images, and added cards — belongs to you. When you use the sharing feature, you generate a public, read-only link containing the binder's name and its cards with their quantities (without any value, purchase, or ROI information). You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to bypass security mechanisms, not to overload the infrastructure, and not to submit offensive, illegal, or third-party-rights-infringing content.

5. Prices and third-party data

Card information and any reference prices are obtained from public third-party sources (for example, pokemontcg.io) and are provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy, timeliness, or suitability for buying or selling decisions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data or of expected collection value.

8. Intellectual property

"Pokémon" and the Pokémon Trading Card Game cards are trademarks and works of their respective owners. This App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or The Pokémon Company.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, with the date above updated accordingly.
