Clear your account data

This page explains how to erase your collection content in Pokémon TCG Organizer — binders, cards, wishlist, purchases and images — while keeping your account (login) active so you can keep using the app.

Want to erase everything, including the account? Use the Delete account and data page.

Option 1 — Clear from within the app (recommended)

With the app open and signed in, erase all collection content at once, keeping your account:

Open the app and go to Settings.
Scroll to the Account card.
Tap Clear data.
Confirm with Clear everything.

Your account stays active — only the collection content is removed.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the same email address as your account:

Suggested subject: “Clear my account data — Pokémon TCG Organizer”.

We process email requests within 30 days.

What is erased

Your binders, cards, quantities and notes.
Your wishlist and your purchase/sealed records.
Your images — binder covers and purchase photos.
The shared binder links you created.

What is kept

Your account and login credential stay active, as do your preferences (currency, theme, language). You keep signing in normally and can start a new collection from scratch.
