Delete your account and data

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Pokémon TCG Organizer account and all data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

If you have the app and can sign in to your account, deletion is immediate and done by you:

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the Account card.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Delete everything.

For security, your login provider may ask you to sign in again (re-authentication) before deletion completes. Just sign in again and repeat the step.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, send a deletion request to the address below, using the same email address as your account (so we can verify your identity):

We process email requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes:

• Your login credential (Firebase Authentication).
• All your binders, cards, quantities and notes (Cloud Firestore).
• Your wishlist and your purchase/sealed records.
• Your images — binder covers and purchase photos (Firebase Storage).
• The shared binder links you created (public snapshots).

What may be retained

After deletion, we do not keep the data above. We may retain only the minimum required to meet legal obligations or security records, for the period required by law, and for no other purpose. Already-anonymized usage data collected by analytics (Mixpanel) and error reporting (Sentry) is not linkable to your identity after deletion.
